The non-governmental organization NGO “LUTERRA” has been officially registered and entered into the Unified State Register on November 7, 2025.
The establishment of this legal entity marks a foundational stage for the further development of the project and the creation of an institutional basis for its activities.
This registration enables the organization to form strategic partnerships, participate in international grant programs, and act as an official party in engagements with local communities, state institutions, and businesses.
