In December 2023, the formation of the LUTERRA project initiative team officially began. The initiative brought together experts with extensive experience in industry, management, and social projects, all united by a shared mission to create a practical, hands-on solution for regional economic revitalization.
During their initial meetings, the team shaped the project’s core vision as an integrated model that seamlessly combines manufacturing, housing, and community development.
