LUTERRA is an initiative to create industrial-residential clusters for the work, life, and development of internally displaced persons (IDPs), primarily from the Luhansk region.
The project aims to preserve and realize the human, professional, and entrepreneurial potential of communities in Eastern Ukraine whose territories are temporarily occupied or affected by the war.
Special attention is given to economically active individuals aged 50+, who possess significant professional and life experience but often remain outside the scope of most support programs.
The purpose of this form is to preliminarily identify the potential for cooperation between the community and the LUTERRA project regarding creating conditions for economic development, launching production facilities, establishing a residential environment, and integrating internally displaced persons.
Completing this form does not constitute a legal obligation for either party and is used exclusively for initial communication.
