LUTERRA creates the conditions for people who have lost their homes, jobs, or businesses, but have retained the drive to work, grow, and build a new life.
Who this is for
The project is aimed at internally displaced persons (IDPs), primarily from the Luhansk region, who have lost their housing, businesses, or professional environment.
The focus is on the 50+ demographic, for whom starting from scratch is significantly more difficult, yet who possess experience, qualifications, and a readiness to work.
Participation is also open to others who share the project's values and are ready to contribute to its development.
